  • What you can expect in the 12 Week Program:

·         Lose up to 10 kilograms

·         Lose 2 to 3 clothing sizes

12 weeks of coaching including unlimited online support between sessions.

·         Initial consultation 1.5 hours. This includes a complimentary hypnosis session to fast track your results (optional).

·         Thereafter, bi-weekly sessions, up to 1 hour each.

7 online or in person appointments in total.

Get your health or weight loss journey started with one session to target an area you most need help in. One x 90 minute online or in person session and blueprint preparation may be all you need to get your health headed in the right direction.



4 weeks of one on one in person or online coaching that will see you losing up to 5 kgs / 11 lbs. Within 4 weeks you will be sleeping better, have more energy and be feeling better about your health and your body.

2 x 60 minute coaching sessions online or in person and online support between sessions as needed.



12 weeks of one on one coaching and unlimited online support. This is the course for anyone who has struggled with dieting in the past and wants to lose weight once and for all. 7 x 60 minute sessions covering everything you need to be successful in losing weight and keeping it off. Forever.
